We are helping those in need and having fun in Science!

Hello Rattler Nation:

The finals went great, and our students took them very seriously. The grades will be viewable in Powerschool in about a week. There is soccer and basketball tonight. Details are under Athletics. Please check out the counseling section, as there is much about college. Above is our Chavistas--they are a large club on campus that is a service club. They spent the weekend making sandwiches for refugees and handing them out. We couldn't be prouder of them and all the work they are doing for their communities.

Science Projects and Experiments this week:

Building on our understanding of safety features, we tested our ideas of what might protect a passenger during a collision. The student-designed, built, and tested these "vehicles" for a 20 ft drop.

Not all the egg passengers survived. Services for eggwardo, benedict, and humpty dumpty will be at Sunday brunch. If it is hard for you to make it, don't scramble.😁

PARENTS/GUARDIANS

Each year, we need your input to review items and priorities for next year's school budget.  Please complete this brief survey:

Our SGT and SSC committees will review the results as we plan for next year.  Thanks for your input!

Counseling:

Counselors are here to help you! Your students ask to see their counselor by going to the CHHS website and clicking on the "Counseling Tab"-then, they click on their counselor to fill out the form. Counselors will then call them to the office.

Tutoring:

Booster Clubs are created by each "Class Of" to raise funds to create unforgettable experiences for your students. Items include caps for graduation, prom ticket prices, organizing Grad Night, and having fundraisers to pull this off. They work very hard and need your support. Please go to your student's "Class Of" website and join the registry to stay up to date on all things going on with your student's graduating class.
