ROTC Cadet Ball. P3 Grades, and Powderpuff

Hello Rattler Nation!

We had a great week. On Saturday I attended the ROTC Cadet Ball. It was so amazing to see over 1000 students from SDUSD at the event and everyone had an amazing time. Progress Report grades are published and are ready to be viewed in Powerschool. Powderpuff Game is this upcoming week and we are very excited.

Are you planning on taking a Community College Course next year here at CHHS?

If your student has requested a community college course for the next school year there is a mandatory parent and student orientation meeting to go over Miramar Community College expectations and checklist for completing the dual enrollment process. Miramar Community College holds the meeting. Please look at the information below:

The CCAP Parent/Student Orientation dates for Miramar are: March 14 at 5:30 pm and March 15 at 5:30pm.

If a student has a course request for a 23-24 CCAP course, families must attend ONE of the sessions: https://sandiegounified.zoom.us/j/82486798385

Saturday School- YOU MUST SIGN UP BY FRIDAY AT NOON THE DAY BEFORE IN ORDER TO ATTEND. We staff based on the number and late sign-ups can cause scrambling at the minute to find people Saturday morning. Thank you for your understanding.

Saturday School is how you make up work and clear those tardies and absences!

Student Opportunities:

Booster Clubs are created by each "Class Of" to raise funds to create unforgettable experiences for your students. Items include caps for graduation, prom ticket prices lowered, organizing Grad Night, and having fundraisers to pull this off. They work very hard and need your support. Please go to your student's "Class Of" website and join the registry to stay up to date on all things going on with your student's graduating class.
