Happy Halloween! We are Number 1!

Updated: Nov 5, 2021

Hello Rattlers!

We had a great Friday with all the costumes. Students definitely went all out and so did the staff; the winner got candy and a free dance ticket. We also had clubs decorate their tables by the 1000 building for a $100.00 prize for their clubs.

Check out the pictures below! and don't forget Principals Coffee next Friday at 9AM. Link is on the CHHS webpage.

The staff dressed out and the students decorated doors. Congrats to Mr. Han's Period 1 class who won the door decorating contest. Great Job Everyone!

"Dr. Cofinas (ASL teacher) gives our very own Mr. Snedden (30 years from now English teacher--he's dressed as an old man) an eye exam during lunch!

Students in Clubs decorated their tables for fun.

Tons of students dressed up and we passed out over 2000 pieces of candy! Don't tell the dentist!

I want to congratulate the CHHS Field Hockey Team. They are officially ranked NUMBER 1 in the nation! This is a huge accomplishment and it couldn't have been done with the amazing Coach Berger who is retiring this year...what a way to end three decades of coaching here! We are so happy for the student athletes!

Athletics:

I am getting a large amount of emails about athletics. Please go to chrattlers.com. Literally everything is right there for you. Your students athletes will attend a meeting this Monday in the gym.

FEDERAL SURVEY CARDS: PLEASE HELP US!

Federal Survey Cards were sent home this past week and are pivotal to the monies this school specifically gets. It's very important we get these collected. Four years ago we had a low turn back and we lost our entire after school program. Please make sure you return them.

SENIORS

Do you have a Senior? Well CHHS has a Booster Club so you can stay up to date on things and events pertaining to them:

The Canyon Hills/Serra Parent Class Boosters is a parent organization that supports your student's graduating class with activities and events not typically sponsored by the school. As your student approaches senior year, through fundraising and donations, this group helps offset the cost and implement activities like grad-night, prom, senior luncheon, graduation venue, powder-puff, and more.

Let's get together so your student can have a great senior year!!
