Eight More Days!

Happy Friday, Ratter Nation!

We are in full swing until the last day of school on June 14th. We are even more excited for our seniors as graduation is next Saturday. Tomorrow is graduation for all our seniors in the Ceasar Chavez Service Club. This is a very prestigious event, and we are so happy to celebrate them. They got their stoles the other day, and it was so exciting that we had to feature them above!

We had a great Principal's Coffee this morning and you can view the presentation here:

https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1a_ZWvRJd0YY-48OgbQlLSFg7-eKAIMwjcLwzv0mMzeQ/edit?usp=sharing We reviewed Graduation, the Calendar and now we are ready to start pushing out information on our Class of 2027 Summer Bridge Program!

Students can fill out the link or QR code. We have also sent this to the Middle School Principals to push out. It is August 7-9th from 9-1

ROTC Awards: We have two outstanding new instructors! We look forward to the growth of the program and are happy to celebrate with our students and them at the end of the year.

NJROTC Recognition Dinner:

Our CDR next year presented at a dinner to participants on the CHHS NJROTC Program and highlights. CDR Martin Del Campo did a fantastic job; it was great for me to spend time with her and her family. Our ROTC Program is in good hands, with her leading next year!

Academic League--Students vs. Staff

Our yearly tradition continues! Students and Staff squared off in a battle of the minds.

The teachers each represented the CHHS staff admirably, with no individual performance being more significant than another. It was a lot of fun; our kids learned humility. Our onlookers gained an appreciation for the talent these participants had.

End of the Year Culture and Climate Survey for Parents:

Every year I put out a C and C survey to families so we can improve upon ourselves as a school each year to better serve you. Students also take their own version of this. Your input is valuable and we need to hear from you. I know it's like "another survey...." this is for the betterment of CHHS, and we hope you take the time to take it.
