December is Here!

Happy December, Rattler Nation!

We had a wonderful Principal's Coffee this morning. For those of you who could not make it, you can review the presentation here: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1gb_YNEb7VGjeMV5YBS-nHHygFsy0UqYdzOKVSLruOoE/edit?usp=sharing

Saturday School: The only way to get credit is to come to Saturday School. You can not do things outside of school and get credit. Students are racking tardies up. Please check PowerSchool.

Athletic: ALL ATHLETIC INFORMATION--PLEASE GO TO https://chrattlers.com/. All athletic packets can be uploaded and handed in this way. You do not need to come in and drop them off. The game this upcoming Friday is against Hoover High at Hoover, and all our games are listed in the Athletic Weekly below.

Congratulations to Miles Pike for competing at the CIF State Cross Country Championships. He is one of thousands of individuals who compete in Cross Country every season and competed at the highest possible level, the CIF State Meet. Miles is the 10th Athlete in the schools history that has compete at the CIF State Meet. As a sophomore, he finished 111 place out of 201 athletes with at time of 17:18 on a 3.2mile course.

Athletics is a very complex program. It's like running a whole separate school. While I can highlight a few things here, you must check that website daily and contact the proper coaches. This blog highlights sporting events with pictures and celebrations but doesn't get into the operations of athletics. Please bookmark that site so you have it. CHHS has one of the most extensive programs in the county and state.
