Celebrating the Day of the Military Child and Accolades of Other Students: We are in the Home Stretch

Hello Rattler Nation-

The first time I missed the Blog was last week because the site was down. I am SO sorry; we just got it fixed this morning. We have been so busy, and we have a lot to share! Above is our Winter Guard, who competed and got third place in the Regional A Pacific West Coast Winter Guard Tournament! They look awesome.

Community Fest: The most significant event of the year: April 25th, 2024

Save the Date for April 25th, 2024. We will have Pathways Exhibitions; teachers will be here as departments to showcase what they are doing in the departments, a club fair will be held, food will be sold, family events and sports games will be held in the gym, and Campus Tours will be held. Invite Everyone you know as it's for all ages. The invitation will be sent in a separate email this week and on the school calendar.

Day of the Military Child: TODAY!

We have been working around the clock all over the county, providing services to different schools. Whether it's our ROTC, ColorGuard, or Band, check out these awesome pictures! Did you know that, on average, the military child moves about nine times during their schooling? Did you also know that many parents are deployed for a year, and families may have both parents in the service? These students are very resilient, and we are so grateful. Here are many pictures of us at places like Vista Grande. I also went to Pacific Beach to celebrate with our former VP, Liz Ward, and bring one of our Colorguards!

The band hosted a Chamber Music Festival, which allowed students to showcase varying works in different spaces for a more intimate feel. They did great and had a lot of fun.

Saturday School is how you make up work and clear those tardies!

Booster Clubs are created by each "Class Of" to raise funds to create unforgettable experiences for your students. Items include caps for graduation, prom ticket prices, organizing Grad Night, and having fundraisers to pull this off. They work very hard and need your support. Please go to your student's "Class Of" website and join the registry to stay up to date on all things going on with your student's graduating class.
