Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the opening night of our play Avenue Q, which was terrific. While the play is not for small children--even though there are puppets-- due to issues in the play, it was a big hit, and we look forward to a big audience tonight for the Friday show.
Teacher Appreciation Week is this upcoming week--see above. High School teachers work very hard, so any kind of appreciation you can give them would be great. I always see such a massive turnout for this at the elementary level but not the high. We will be celebrating them every day!

Senior Signing Day! INSTAGRAM! rattlersdecisions
Senior Signing Day was this week on May 1, 2023. We created a website to view this and college acceptances etc.--CHECK IT OUT!!!
Senior Parents: GRADUATION, CAP and GOWN, ANNOUNCEMENTS, and SENIOR AWARDS
Senior Awards: May 30th, in the gym at 6:30 pm
Graduation: June 10th, at 10 AM--last year was 5 pm, and we called 3 ambulances. We are going with earlier this year.
Cap and Gown Distribution: IF your child is passing all classes that will culminate in graduation, they will get their cap and gown on the TENTATIVE day of May 12. If your child is failing a course or graduation requirement, they must wait until the second distribution date TBD.
Graduation Announcements: Can be picked up in the Counseling Office starting today.
Saturday School-
YOU MUST SIGN UP BY FRIDAY AT NOON THE DAY BEFORE TO ATTEND. We staff based on the number, and late sign-ups can cause scrambling at the minute to find people Saturday morning. I appreciate your understanding.
Saturday School is how you make up work and clear those tardies and absences!

Night School for Credit Recovery:
Attention all students!!
We will host the last and final Extended Day Session (AKA Night School) starting on 5/1/23. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity and possibly avoid having to attend summer school, please reach out to your counselor no later than Friday, April 28th. Space is limited, and all grade-level students are eligible to attend.
Booster Clubs are created by each "Class Of" to raise funds to create unforgettable experiences for your students. Items include caps for graduation, prom ticket prices lowered, organizing Grad Night, and having fundraisers to pull this off. They work very hard and need your support. Please go to your student's "Class Of" website and join the registry to stay up to date on all things going on with your student's graduating class.
