Hello Rattler Nation! We have decided to have a minimum day on Friday, November 12th in order to recognize the mental health of students who attend and staff at CHHS. Our bell schedule will be as follows:
Period 0: 8:05-8:40 Period 1 - 8:45-9:20 Period 2 - 9:26-10:01 Period 3 - 10:07-10:42 Period 4 - 10:48-11:23 LUNCH - 11:23-11:55 Period 5 - 12:00-12:30 Period 6 - 12:36-1:11 If your student chooses not to attend school on Friday, November 12th, you will NOT need to call our attendance office. There is a rumor going around the students that you need to call. This is inaccurate. All absences will be considered "Excused" as per our Superintendent approved. Therefore, we do not need you to call your student out of school. If your student attends school on Friday, they will need to attend all their class periods. Please know that we have several staff absences without sub coverage as of today therefore we will be opening multiple learning labs to accommodate the lack of staffing. Our learning labs will hold multiple classes in large areas such as the cafeteria, gym, and library. Students will need to work independently during this time.
