It's all about Instruction

Hello Q-Nation!

We had another amazing week at SHS! We had a successful What I Wish My Parents Knew! and also we had a meeting as a staff to talk about our focus and organization for our Wednesday minimum days, and Jostens came to talk about cap and gown. Tonight we don't have a football game or any other event so please enjoy your time as a family.

Lastly, please make sure you read the entire blog every week; especially sections such as

Counseling and Instruction as these are the most important so that you the public can hold us accountable and in addition, not miss dates and timelines.

Did you know we have SHS gear! Check it out! Proceeds go to our Serra Foundation....please go to http://serrafoundation.org/ to order.

Instruction:

This week we met with the staff to talk about our layout for our Wednesday days. We are focusing this year on Lesson Design and how to make sure all kids are in the sphere of success. On Wednesdays, staff will work together on practices, look at students and how to get them to the next level while also having reoccurring themes amongst more than one course. More detail on this at my Principal's Coffee. Check it out!
