Holiday Edition!

Hello Q-Nation!

Happy week before a week off! Yesterday, our students lined up all to give blood at our local drive in the name of saving lives! ASB always does a great job putting this on and just in time for the holidays. Did you know that in Southern California that teens in high schools are responsible for 40% of the blood supply that saves lives?! It's a small thing to do for the massive impact it has on others and we appreciate our students who participated. Great job students! Today is also the end of the second grading period... AGAIN! It's the close of Progress Report 2. Make sure you are checking powerschool (or better yet making your student show you) so you know how your child is doing. If you have questions please make sure you reach out to your student's teacher; do not wait--we are heading towards the end of the first semester. We want all of our students to be successful!

Staff Update: We have hired a new financial clerk; however, she needs to go through the human resource department to finis the process so it will still be a few weeks until she joins us; we look forward to introducing her to you.

Activities: Please come out and support the students in their school endeavors between now and the new year. Also support the community; the Tierrasanta Library is finally reopening. Ribbon cutting is at noon tomorrow!

JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAYS!

Pies for teachers! On November 22nd students from ASB passed out pumpkin pies for every teacher on campus in appreciation of all of their hard work.
