Hello Q-nation! Another amazing week at SHS! I had the pleasure of attending and watching Girls Soccer in the CIF Championship game and while we didnt win the girls were classy and professional. Great Job Ladies! We met with both DePortola and Farb parents and it went amazing. We are so excited to start building the master schedule. In addition our kids were up to some amazing stuff this week. See below!

Serra Conquistadors this is a reminder that the ordering window for AP exams is now open. You can order your exams by taking your AP order form and payment to our finance clerk in the finance office. Deadline to order and pay for AP exams is March 15.

Thinking about taking a CC class? Already signed up for one?This meeting goes through all the risks and rewards when it comes to these classes allowing you to make the best decision for your child. This meeting is mandatory if you plan on taking these courses.

Serra's Fancy Drill Program
The Navy JROTC program at Serra High School is not only about the wearing the standard Navy uniform and basic military drill, there is a fancy drill aspect to it. Once a year the program dons specially designed uniforms and competes in the San Diego Unified School District's Joint Brigade Exhibition or Fancy Drill competition on January 26. Both the armed and unarmed drill teams performed well against 12 other JROTC programs. The armed team took home a third place trophy.

We decided to divide and conquer with SHS footing the bill for Graduation at USD and Boosters supporting events along the way including GRAD Night. We are so grateful to the Boosters.
