The Fort Rosecrans Memorial Day Committee is offering a scholarship opportunity to graduating high school seniors of San Diego County. The amount offered and number of winners may vary from year to year.
Eligible students must submit a completed Application, Official Transcript, Letter of Recommendation, Essay (topic is included in the application), and meet the criteria below:
High school senior graduating with a diploma in 2023
Minimum 2.00 GPA
Attend an accredited college, university, vocational/trade school, or military in the Fall of 2023
